I Need Help Please

I Started A Fictional Baseball League I Added My Countries And My Minor Leagues. I Start To Play The Game I Click To Advance A Day. And A Bar Comes Up That Says Fbl Drafting It Does Not Stop. I Wait About 10 Minutes Before I Abort Out Of This Game. I Have Tried This 3 Separate Times. Does This Take This Long Or Longer. My Computer Specs Are A Pentium 4 280 Ghz 1.25 Gb Of Ram Running On Windows Xp. I Should Not Have A Problem In This Area.

Depending on how large your league is it may take that long.

Can you please describe your game setup? How many leagues? How many minor leagues, etc?

Preferably without all of the capitals. Those are usually only used to start sentences.

I will admit i did create a lot of different leagues. a fictional league with about 20 different minor leagues. a Japanese league Korean league and Dominican and Mexican league etc each with minor leagues. and about 15 other foreign fictional leagues some with minors. Even with all the free space on my computer i realize i probably did a bit to much. if this is the reason i will have to scale way back.

Yes, I think that the time you mentioned is not unreasonable for this sort of a setup. For a setup that large, memory will be a much larger factor than disk space.

The default major league setup with minors has 200+ teams, and that requires over 5,000 players to be drafted. You've described a setup that's maybe 4 times larger than this.

Suggestion:

Go ahead and create this league, start the draft, and leave your computer alone, like overnight if you can. I'd personally be interested in seeing if it does manage to complete!
