Almost all hispanic players were given the same first name...

Here's a weird one....

I started a new game in which I created a 10-team Dominican league just for the heck of it. After completing the inaugural draft, I noticed something odd:

About 80% of the players in the league have "Joe" as their first name.

Restarted and tried it again, with the same result.

Is there any easy way to fix this?

Since this is driving me nuts:

I can't remember for the life of me what "TT" in that context stands for. Tech ticket perhaps? Someone help me out here...
