Players not accepting the contracts they ask for

Playing the 79 Angels I offered Carew and Grich exactly the contracts they wanted and they wont accept them.

I have had this. Many many times. I try to negotiate and all I get is no. So then I get fed up and offer them exactly what they want, or sometimes even more, and I get "This isn't what I am looking for right now."

Could you guys please confirm that this is still an issue with the patched version of the game?

Could you please also give a specific example or two? For example:

Player A was asking for 2 years and $2 million. I offered him 2 years and $2 million, and he said XXX.

Since we haven't been able to replicate this, and haven't gotten more information, I'm going to move this to closed/claimed fixed. Please feel free to post a new thread if any issue comes up!
