Pitcher of the month...twice in the same month.

Not sure if this has been posted anywhere. But I have a player being credited for winning the pitcher of the month twice for the same month. (See Screenshot) This is a one league setup.

As a follow up, it does not do this for Batter of the Month, only pitcher of the month.

One more piece of info on this. There are actually two news articles announcing the picture of the month. They are the same person, but 2 different articles.

Can someone confirm this is only happening in single league setups? I guess also has anyone else seen this at all?

In my fictional solo league Danny Darwin won pitcher of the month four times in June of 1980 and four times in September of 1980

So in a year that spans six months, Danny Darwin won pitcher of the month 8 times.

And he didn't even win Cy Young.

After the 1.02 patch, every month in my game, the pitcher who wins the pitcher of the month award wins it either three or four times. Three or four different stories are generated on that day, and the player gets credited with winning the award 3 or 4 times.

I imported several schedule files as a test before the season that had the duplicate pitcher awards every month. The next season I had no problems. I wonder if it has something to do with loading or generating several schedules during the pre-season. Did anyone else experiencing this problem mess with schedule loading/generation?

I can confirm this as well.

I get it in what seems to be the ML League, although I get it 3x for both pitchers and batters.

My apologies if this has already been reported;

I'm seeing repeat news reports at the beginning of a month regarding pitcher of the month and batter of the month. They're not worded identically, but they repeat the same award to the same player. I don't recall seeing this pre-patch.

Not a big deal, but something SI might want to clean-up.
