Trade Error When Counter Offering
CPU wants to make a trade for one of my players. They offer a player and $718,000. I choose the option to discuss the trade. However, I ask for $800,000 instead. Couple days later, CPU says they accept my offer. However, they accepted but the amount was $718,000, not the $800,000 I offered.
Now I guess you could assume they didn't like my counter and accepted the original offer they made for me. But that doesn't seem right. They should have rejected my offer and then made a counter proposal themselves. *Using current patch and fictional league* Last edited by SlyBelle; 06-10-2006 at 08:54 PM. |

Have you been able to recreate this with a new league, or with the old one?

Are you sure you hit "enter" after typing in that 800,000 amount. If you did not, the change might not of held when you resubmitted the offer.

We have a new rule that states that Tech Support threads wherein we have not received a response within 7 days will be closed.
This one meets this criteria, so I'm closing this. If you want to discuss it again, just PM me with the thread link, and I'll re-open. (Don't just say "Hey, reopen my thread." I need to know the URL, thanks!) Steve |
