I have been having some problems installing offline. I got 2 licenses
with my purchase (Out of the park baseball 2006 from sigames).One I
installed online. the other one I tried to install offline and due a
mistake from my side (entering offline license request code twice in
the www.license.net website) I get this message

Error Occured:
All licenses are currently in-use or none remain.

Please can anyone from SI help. It's been more than a day now and I'm playing with one license. this is NOT a crack request. I have my order ID if needed. I want to try to install one license of the two offline.

I have already emailed viatech but still no reply. I still don't have OOTP2006 playable at home (offline)

Just to follow up on what Steve said, all of the licensing for the product is handled by ViaTech. Unfortunately, SI aren't able to assist at all in troubleshooting these issues, so the best we can do is point you in their direction.
