Buying new Computer. How do I install?

Could someone in the know give me step by step directions on how I install the game on my new computer. (license issues)

How do I go about this.

The game should give you prompts as you install, step by step. Are you having any trouble on a particular screen? Post a screenshot of what causes your confusion and we'll guide you through it.
