Players are disappearing

I decided to have some fun with the program. I put the idea of the ITP game, of watching a player develop over time into OOTP2006. To do this, I started a season, using Cubby's latest roster set, starting in 2006. Then I added myself as a player, editing myself to be a prospect for the draft. Colorado drafted me, and I took over the management of the organization at the start of 2007. I turned off the AI Roster Moves option, so I was the only one making changes. I went through a season as the GM, and then decided that I wanted to focus more on the player's development, and resigned from the team. I neglected to turn on the AI Roster Moves option, until the following season, when I was told that the Colorado Rockies had too many players on its roster (29).
I clicked on the "Ask AI to setup complete organization..." button, and all was fine. But a few days into the season, the sim stops, and tells me that Asheville has 0 players on its roster. I look at the transaction screen, and there are no players on any minor league roster for Colorado!
When I click on the "Ask AI to setup complete organization..." button again, magically, all of the players re-appear!
I saw this in the last patch, and I'm seeing it again here. Could this be something that is a roster issue, or is it a software issue? I haven't tried it with fictional players yet.

chimanbj,

I apologize that it has taken so long for a response. Are you still experiencing this issue or have you figured it out? Please let me know. If you are still having the problem, would you be able to upload the league files?

Since I have not heard back from you I am going to assume that you figured this one out. If you did not and still need help, please PM me and I will gladly reopen the thread and assist you. Thanks.
