Can't use activation code

I just reinstalled my computer, and reinstalled ootp. although i cant use my activation code, its not taking it. why?

Did you unlicense your code before reinstalling your computer? If not, you will need to have your license reset. You need to contact elicense for that. www.elicense.com.
