send error report

i click into the game it starts the loading screen once it finishes and looks like it is about to go into the next screen i get a send error report

i have a pc

1. uninstall
2. reinstall
3. CTRL ALT+DEL and check your "Commit Charge". Pos the numbers here and wait for further instructions.
4. Tell us more about your computer. RAM, HD, Processor, Video card, etc.

reinstalled it diddnt work

my computer

512 mb
64 gb
processor is - intel pentium 4 (2.53ghz)
video card - i think its directX 9.0c

mine seem to crash and i get error report. it worked fine till i hit the date 02/04/2007 then it crashes every time.

reinstalled and it happens again. my commit charge is 533/3940
