License issue
I have the game installed and I have set it to run as admin. I am trying to put in my license number. I am getting an error code Unable to get or install a license--retrieval of license failed = -7. Error in retrieving data from license servers. Can someone please help I am so close to being all set.

If you are behind a firewall, try to temporarily disable it.

We have a rule in Tech Support that says that requests that have gone more than 3 days awaiting a response from the customer will be closed. This thread fits that bill, so I'm going to go ahead and marked this issue as "closed."
