Shop Player Feature Has Disappeared

I am in my 5th season and just had my first expansion draft. Everything went well except I no longer have shop player feature, it has gone though there is still a trading block.

Is there any chance that you are past the trading deadline of July 31 or that you have tried to shop players more than three times in one day?
