Importing question

When importing historical players how do I put them on specific teams instead of having to go through this whole contract negotiation thing? Thanks

Use the editor.

first, make sure you're in commissioner mode. Then click on the player. you'll see tabs, the one the the far right says 'editor'
click that.

on the left hand side and down a ways, you'll see 'Team information, select new team'. underneath that, select the league, and then the team you want him on.
