No notification of injuries when simming

My message box is never informing me when my players are injured or recovered from injuries. I just now discovered, for example, that my 100-games-a-year utility infielder received a nine-week injury six days ago -- he's been uselessly on my big league roster. I didn't see this under "known bugs"; is it a glitch, or something I can deal with under settings in some way?

I have checked: Notify when injury of 3+ days; notify when DtD costs at least 20% of skill; notify when player recovers from injury. None of this is happening.

And you are set as the decision-maker as well? How about vacation mode?

I'm set as decision maker across the board. Vacation = "use current settings".

Are you correctly set as the human manager, not "act as" and not using commissioner mode?

There's something wrong in your settings because everything works correctly with the proper settings and there is no known bug.

Human mode, playing own team.

However - and this is the second time this has happened to me with OOTP2007 - after I reported and discussed this bug in this forum, it went away. I changed nothing, but suddenly I'm getting my injury and recovery reports. You guys seem to be magic, and I'm grateful for your efforts. Thanks!

Well, closing for now. Let us know if you run into anything else!
