Billing issue
Hi guys,
Not really a tech question, but SI has not responded to three e-mails and I didn't know who else to ask. I was double-charged for the game when I pre-ordered. Can anyone point me in the right direction toward a refund on one of the charges? Thanks. |

We have a rule in Tech Support that says that requests that have gone more than 3 days awaiting a response from the customer will be closed. This thread fits that bill, so I'm going to go ahead and marked this issue as "closed."
If you disagree, please let us know, it's no problem to re-open this. It's an administrative thing we do to try to ensure that only active issues are being researched. Thanks very much! Steve |
