License
I read that you can install the same license twice on two separate computers in the initial purchase agreement. If you do this and the 2nd computer does not have the capability of supporting the game due to RAM memory, etc., and delete the "second" game with the license, how do you refresh this (the licensing) so it does not appear that the license is being used twice? I mean how do you refresh the licensing so that you can install the second license again on another computer after deleting the other?

You'll have to unlicense the game on the second computer in addition to deinstalling it, I think. The shortcut to do that is normally in the SI folder in your Start Menu, but if you've already uninstalled it may be gone. (Alternatively, check your Control Panel for the eLicense Control; that may still be there even if the game is gone.)
If neither is available, you can probably get it done by installing the game again (it should recognize your previous license), running the unlicense, then deinstall. |
