D.R.cities don't show

I have noticed that none of the cities of the Dominican Republic show up for players. How do I get them to work?

Could you explain that in more detail, please? Do you mean that all players from the Dominican Republic have no city listed as their hometown?

Exactly. Even when typing in a city name, the drop down menu shows no cities. As far as I can see, the D.R. is the only country that this happens to. I have checked the city txt file and the cities are there, but for some reason the don't come into the game.

I've gone through all the players in my 1969 season, and the DR players are the only ones missing cities.

Hrm. I'm not having trouble with that. Are you hitting enter after typing in the city name? Are you sure that you have the Dominican Republic selected and not Dominica? Both citizens are called Dominican.

I have checked the flags of the DR and am using that flag. I have also tried using the other flag with the same result. And yes, I do hit enter when I type in the city, as I do for any other city I have had to edit.

But it happens when importing players as well. I don't try to manually input the city until I see the city missing from the import.

What's puzzling is that I could swear I have seen the city "San Pedro de Macoris" in the game before (for Rico Carty) in a season I imported from an older version. I just can't get any DR cities in the season I have created thru 2007.

I created another league using a different database, one I created that is just for the 1969 season, and any of the DR cities that are in the game's database DID appear in this league. I checked the other database to see if there was any difference in those players info, but there wasn't. This is just too odd.

Well, I reckon it has nothing to do with the game itself since it did work in the other league.
