Slow while generating history in online reports
I'm running a realistic MLB league (MLB + full minors) and I turn pretty much every check mark off except for the entire row of MLB pages (incl. league history) and only the minor league player & team pages (since they're relevant to the MLB teams). I have a 45-season history so far and every time it gets to MLB history, it'll take 1.5 hours (and still running) to generate that report. I have almanac turned off and facegen turned off... what's the problem? Why is it taking so long?

I've asked jarmenia, a beta tester who is better qualified in this area, to take a look at this thread. Stand by...

I wish I could be of more help but I don't really use archiving much but I can tell you that your stat detail can slow you down quite a bit along with the speed of your hard drive.
Sorry I couldn't be more help.

I believe that this is merely the result of having a lot of information to process. I don't believe that there is anything wrong, per se. Is there anything else we can help answer for you on this issue, Cochrane?

Just wanted to piggy back on this. Are you trying to create the HTML pages, Cochrane? IF so, it does take a long time to upload pages one by one. There is an option to upload it as an archive that doesn't take as along. Hope that helps.
