Scout Nation available with Hidden Players off

This may have appeared here before, but in case not (found nothing in a search):

With Hidden Players on, there are two ways to scout nations- either from Manager menu --> Explore World --> Country --> Scout Nation button, bottom right; or through the scouting tasklist. With hidden players off, the Scout Nation button does not appear on a Country page. It is still, however, possible to scout a nation from the scouting tasklist. Since scouting nations is pointless with hidden players disabled, I assume this isn't intended.

I point this out mainly because newer gameplayers may find this confusing- they may think they're scouting nations, but find nothing. I suspect this was the issue for a couple of people who posted about international scouting recently in General.

This has been claimed fixed for the third patch, as yet unreleased. If you continue to observe this issue after patching, please post as such in Tech Support along with the TT number listed above. Thanks.
