stat viewing on lineup screens
right now i am playing in a High School feeder league. i was messing around with the leagues in the settings and accidentally set my high school league to a major league level. no big deal, just switched it back. but now when i look at the pitching and batting lineup pages, it defaults to Major League stats. so i have to go through the pull-downs every time i switch pages to pitching, left handed pitcher lineups right handed, etc. is there any way to fix this so that it just defaults to high school stats again?

also when i create players in the free agent pool, no players show up because it makes them all in their late 20's instead of mid-teens. int he game set-up page, i have the league set to High School, with no affiliations.

Have you opened and then closed the program since modifying the league level and still seen this behavior? This sounds like the sort of thing that would be reset when re-opening the game.

ya, that works for the stats problem, but it still creates 27 year old high schoolers.

When you go to create a new player, which Player Type do you select?

just a regular player with the destanation league set to the high school league i am playing in. before i screwed up the league, it worked fine placing a player on the free agent list.

Go to Game -> Game Setup -> League Setup -> Options. Under the Player Options heading, try setting appropriate "Created Age Min." and "Created Age Max." values.
Alternatively, when you choose to "Create Fictional Player", if the "Established" Player type is too old, use "Very Young & Raw" to get younger players. Does that get you what you need? |

Alright. I'll close out this thread, then. If you need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to ask.
