Create/upload reports error

I need some help. I have my FTP setup under Online League Options correctly, I have tested it and can upload a league file just fine; however, everytime I attempt to create/upload reports, the game acts as if it is doing this as it goes through a lengthy process saying it's generating and then uploading reports; however, the reports online do not change. Has anyone else experienced this problem at all? Is there a fix?
