Black Screen

So - I uninstalled the previous ootp version 9 to install the new "patch" version of OOTP 9 - but.............now when I start up the program - I get a BLACK SCREEN.............and nothing happens. Can anyone help me?

Did you do the full setup install or did you try just the ootp9.exe install? Have you restarted since reinstalling?
