Feeder Teams Showing Up In Affliated Teams Menu

I'm currently testing an universe I'm creating, and I've created a couple of feeders specifically for certain leagues. There is one "major" league that currently has it's feeder league teams showing up in the "Affiliated Teams" drop-down box. Also, whenever I act as one of the "major" league teams, I can promote and demote players to the feeder league team.

I'm thinking that possibly the reason behind this could be that I changed the feeder league to "Rookie" level league, after clicking on the "Add College Feeder League." I've noticed the game does not necessarily like to operate correctly with feeder leagues designated other than "High School" or "College" league levels. Has anything like this been reported before? Any possible fix?

I created this universe from scratch, using OOTP 9 1.2. I can recall seeing this in the past, with OOTP 9.

I would assume that since feeder leagues have to be affiliated with a league, that it is indeed because you changed it to "rookie" that it became a minor league.

You're right, it's because I changed the league to a "Rookie" level, but still, this problem should be addressed, as it should be possible to have feeder leagues besides High School and College.

This is not a problem, but merely the way that the game is designed. The only feeder leagues available are high school and college ones. You can choose to have affiliated minor leagues or multiple major leagues/winter leagues/international leagues of varying finances and talent levels.

Is there anything more than we can help you with?

Just because they're labeled as "High School" and "College" doesn't mean they have to be really HS/College leagues. You can have any ages you want as standards for them.

I understand what you're saying, but the HS/College labels (as well as any others) don't mean much.
