I started a game and quick played to the top of the 8th. My pitcher was the first batter, so I put in a pinch hitter for him and quick played the 8th inning. I realized that the pitcher didn't leave the game; he pitched that inning, and the pinch hitter was still in the nine spot in the lineup. Other than that, there was no problem, I was able to insert a new pitcher. I'm on a Mac and playing the latest version of the game. thanks, Frank
