R.I.P Reg Gutteridge

Might not mean a lot to anybody outside the U.K. but Reg Gutteridge, ITV's boxing commentator for 30 years died today.
ITN - ITV's voice of boxing dies

I remember him so well, at one time no fight was on without Reg being there.
Was really sad to hear this. Rest In Peace Reg.

I was a big fan of Reg, and this is a sad day for boxing. His death is the third death in the sport in the last ten days with the death of Jose Torres, as well as the death of judge Tony Castellano. RIP

I just heard this news. I am saddened by it. I held him in high regard.

Tony Castellano passed on? Wow, I had missed the news about that. He'll be missed

Shame, brings back many good memories of 80's boxing.

The story about his wooden leg and Sonny Liston is a classic.

Cap, that's a great pic of Reg, I think I will use him as a judge also.
