History reports not being created for online upload

I'm trying to upload all reports and I have all boxes checked in the create reports section, but none of the history reports are being included. This is with version/patch .31 on a Mac.

Can somebody test this and see if they have the same issue? Or, any ideas/suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

bah! I just found a place where I have to select all the reports, despite the fact that I already selected all the reports. What the hell is up with that?
