Problem with schedule being used changing

I'm having a problem using a schedule I found in the stickied thread in this forum. It's the first time I've used a schedule that wasnt already in the game and I'm hoping somebody can help me. In case it makes a difference this is a fictional league, 2 subleagues of 8 teams in one division for each league.

When I create a league the schedule I want to use loads perfectly. Everything works wonderfully thru the first season. However, when I hit the preseason for year two, it changes the schedule it loads to another schedule. I've now tested this ten times and every time this happens. I'm not changing anything from one year to the next.

Any idea what the problem is?

I'm guessing there's another schedule with the same name but a different _C_xxx.lsdl at the end. The game will use them in alphabetical order year on year if that's the case.

You are correct, the rest of the file name is the same except for what follows the _C_. I didnt know this would be the problem so thanks for letting me know.

So it seems like the obvious solution is to rename one of the files so that this doesnt happen. I've read some posts on the what the filenames mean but I'm not sure how to differentiate these schedules.

Any suggestions?

The file name doesn't really matter, so you can change it to anything, as long as it's not the same as the one you have (or you could change the name of your schedule file and re-load it.)
