Normalized DB?

Please excuse my ignorance. A quick search didn't turn up anything.

Back in the 6.5 days, there was a normalized Lahman DB. Is there one available for OOTP11? I haven't played anything historical for a few versions.

It is built in ....now called neutralized stats. Choose advanced when you create your historical league and then change Real Stats to Neutered Stats.
