Why do real players show up in my fictional universe?

Created a custom 2-league, 16-team solo league, and my first draft comes up and it has real players in it like Rick Aguilera, Lenny Dykstra, etc.

However, the league currently has no real players in it as current players. WTF???

Did you set it up as fictional-historical?

Clicked on "Create Fictional League" in the wizard.

Because Dykstra and Aguilera are both from the '85 draft class I'm guessing that your fictional league is playing that year and that somehow the option to import real historical rookies got checked.

You can check it on the options tab just above the HOF reuirements.

i have names of real players but not their stats or positions,not the same i guess

I didn't know you could do that only if you load a Historical League. I guess if you pick the start year to be 1985 it would happen.
