Player ratings development over time in the exports?

Is it possible to find a player's progression w/ respect to their various ratings (eye, contact, etc) over time within the exports OOTP provides? Either CSV, or MySQL.

You take an export at the beginning of the season, then another export later, and do a comparison. That shows you all development.
