Question for experienced modders

I'm building a pretty realistic ***-KBO-MLB universe. Obviously, the stats for 2010 are included for MLB. What is the easiest way to input mass amounts of career stats for the other league's players?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

There are *** and KBO Lahman style db's available that will get you most of the way you want to go.

Not really trying others to do my legwork, but I'm having trouble locating such a data base in English. I'd really rather not have to go all Hepburn translation on everything...
