New League Financials
I have just created a new fictional league and want to know how I can manually assign budget and market size to each team (I have not had the inagural draft yet). Thanks in advance.

You need to be in commishoner mode. Go to each team's Team options page. Left side of the page under owner info if I remember correctly.
