Afino Hall Of Famer Join Date: Sep 2008 Location: Buffalo, NY Posts: 3,827	Large number of players from Shanghai? We just created a new league, with a player pool of 5,500 for the inaugural draft. Foreigner % set at 60, but all countries Baseball Level left at default. All leagues based in USA. Something interesting spit out. 1/3 of the league is from China, and every one of those players is from Shanghai. All 1,700 of them. Can anyone duplicate this?
