Scouting the Entire Draft Pool
I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but I know in previous versions you could have your head scout scout the entire draft pool. I can't find that in OOTP 13 so I have to scout individual players to get my scout's opinions on them. Terribly inefficient...

The draft pool is automatically scouted on the day it's revealed.
