Trying to play games vs my son

This is my second year playing OOTP. I am trying to introduce my 9 year old son to the game. We both set ourselves up as human managers in the modern day league I created. Once we go in select our teams, and look to take control of our desired teams it only shows my name or the real life manager of whatever team it is we're using. Can someone please tell me how we would be able to play one another? Much Appreciated.

If it is not setup as an online league you will just have to switch back and fourth between the two created GMs, its an option on the top tool bar (can't remember the exact location).

I have it set up as commisioner mode, is this right? I have tried everything that I know of to get it to even bring his name up...my son that is(for instance having him act as CWS)yet It never leaves my name or the real life coach. We are both listed as active human managers so not sure what I am missing here.

It is possible to play human vs human though, correct... in an offline league?

Click on the Manager menu at the top of the screen, and in that menu there's a selection called something like "Select Human Manager". From there, you switch between managers.

A friend and I have this exact setup, that's how we do it.
