Do all leagues Sim All games?

I came from a league where Managers would sim their own home games using opponent team files...does ootp have this feature as well or are all leagues simmed by the commissioner?

Yes, they are all simmed by the commish.

Really...that is interesting. There is no way to create a league where the home team gets to play the game thru "live" using a line-up and strategy file set up by their visiting opponent?

Back in the day, OOTP6 had that feature… but it's long gone.
