Loading Problems - Game doesn't recognize save files

So after I fixed the white screen error by deleting the config file I found that all the games were not loadable. For whatever reason the game just doesn't look in the saved game folder for saved games, its looking somewhere else is my guess.

I started a new game and named it, then I copied the game files from the other saved game into the folder, doesn't work and will crash.

So the load menu is looking somewhere else to recognize the load files, but where?

Edit: Yes the games were the same versions 9.69.
