How Do I Play OOTP14 on second machine?

I've read you can play the downloaded OOTP14 on multiple devices (topping out at two I believe). Just wondering how to play on second computer without paying twice?

The same way you installed on the first computer, install on the second, using the same license # to activate the game.

The License # you receive when you purchase the game can be used for two (2) activations.
