Historical League, Real Minors

I posted this another thread, but this is the place for suggestions.

Allow the user to create a historical league but rather than have generic random generated minors, allow the player to attach the current MLB minor league system to the league.

As it is, in order to have a historical league with real minors you have create two leagues and delete one (long story short). I only figured this out through trial and error.

Allow historical league creation, add the current minor league system, allow the player to add or subtract teams as needed and assign the affiliates to their parent teams.
