Logo problem

I found this logo down at google.ca.. Im trying to save it into my logos but when i go to load it the logo wont load? i save it as Akron Rubberduck.png and everything

Ive tried using both those logos and doesnt work

first it has to be named correctly like this
akron_rubberducks.png and it should be 150x150. Larger will work, but for me 150x150 or 160x160 works best. Spaces need to be replaced with an underscore..
