As of April 5th their have been 10 trades already. I have trading frequency on regular. I have always played set to regular and have never seen anything like this in April. I don't want to run a test league to see if this is a problem because the AI tends to move the same players. I don't want to know who these players are. I like to just manage team and let AI make all transactions. Could someone let me know if trades are going to continue like this (one or two trades everyday), or trading is going to level off.

I don't think this is a regular occurrence. I just started up a league and I don't remember excessive trading with it set to "regular" or "normal" or "average" or whatever it is by default. Could have been your league settling down, so to speak.

just take a look at the Tigers this year alone they have made 3 possibly 4 trades in the first week to 10 days into the season. I dont think its far fetched to see this happen once in a while

Did you start from the beginning of the year or Opening Day? If the latter (assuming it's a quickstart), yeah, the sample size is tiny, way too small to make any conclusions from. On top of that, the game IME often makes a flurry of trades in the beginning as the AI for each team looks at their roster makeup and says "okay, we have huge holes we need to fill here, here, and here, and too much talent here, here, and here". Sim out a couple months and see if the frequency is still high.
If you started from the beginning of the year, as would be the case if you created a new game, 10 trades in 4 months in a 30 team league is if anything very low.

FYI nine trades have been made IRL MLB so far. Considering ST, it doesn't seem over the top for you to have 10 in the first week.

I had 6 or 7 in my first month and it seemed high to me. I guess I don't notice all the smaller trades that occur in real life...

Since the game starts on opening day I think when the AI takes over it makes adjustments to the teams. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't a problem, thanks guys.
