team x has inappropriate number of players (0) ?!!

i just completed a custom league (220) teams. When i tried to complete playoffs i got the above message on a couple of different teams. Has anyone else experienced this, or have a solution? thanks.

Love the game, just what an old apba player needs in a simulator.

I hate seeing this issue arise, but it does occasionally, and the specific reasons are difficult to get to the bottom of sometimes. We can explore that, if you'd like, and it may take some time, probably involve a fair share of input from others, and may ultimately require you upload your league .dat files for review to actually find the problem.

On the other hand, if you're the impatient sort, going to your League Settings, Roster Functions, and selecting Run Computer Manager on all Teams will usually advance your game. The results may not always be what you'd prefer, but it typically allows the game to continue and engineers a fix that, sometimes, you can even locate if you dig deep enough into the transactions. FWIW Back up anything first, before you try, just in case.

I had this happen in the beginning of my fantasy draft season/league, what I did was fill the feeder league teams up with fictional players so the league could advance. You can do that when you're on the league options screen if you wish.

I had it happen on last day of season, all other games completed and one franchise wouldn't complete their game. They weren't going to the post season so I went into commissioner mode, demoted enough players down to A ball where the problem was and simmed the rest of the day and it worked. Not a fix, but allowed me to continue.
