Manual doesn't seem to match up with OOTP 15
I am trying to draft people in my draft pool and I look at the manual and it isn't even close to what I am seeing in my OOTP version 15? Is this manual right? Am I missing something? Any help?

The manual is pretty outdated in places. What's your specific issue?

It was understanding the draft procedures. The online manual doesn't match up with version 15 but I managed to figure it out after I posted.
