No International Cmplex only draft question

I searched around didn't see an answer to this question.

If I don't want to use the International Complexes and get all my young talent via the draft, ok easy part is to unclick the box in the setup screen, and to change the nationality percentage for other countries in the draft

Here is the question...

It seems- rightly so- that the complexes bring in a lot of good talent into the game each year. With them off will the game see this and produce a few better players each draft pool to make up for the lost incoming talent, or will I have to increase my draft rounds by 3 or 4 to get the extra 5-10 decent young players coming into the game each year?

Nobody has a comment? I was just finding some of the signings were for enormous salaries, so thought just let the teams deal with draft signings out of curiosity- but no one has tried that route...

I use the draft to make all the talent for my league and I have plenty of good young players coming into the league. Don't know if it is more or less than I would with the International options enabled though.

So your complex is off (ie set to none) and regular draft (usual setup). ie say 4 minors so 20 draft rounds, make players for 25?

I use 20 rounds and players for 30

Mmmm I'm not sure but I don't think the AI will create more draft talent to keep the same level over years. I think you'll have a talent decrease until your league will be filled with only drafted players (around 20 years since your last international complex produced players will retired)

You'll have to create more draft talent by yourself (More draft eligible player created each year / adjust the player creation modifiers...etc)

20 rounds is good for 4 levels of minors......why you want the extra players, I don't know; they'll just be scrubs filling up the free agent list. I always go just 1 round bigger than what I am drafting.
