Couple questions involving teams and stadiums

Hello, me again! Couple quick questions. The first one is: How do you relocate a team if you can? The 2nd one is: Is it possible to build another stadium for a team? If so, how? And finally: How do you make an expansion team with an expansion draft?

League Options, Leagues & teams,change the city "Team Name"

League Options, Functions, Edit Ballparks, under the Available Actions select add New Park, then enter all of the info for the new park...

Only in the Off Season or Pre Season, League Options, Functions, Expand League & Schedule Expansion Draft
