Coaches' experience and age

From OOTP 15, I give you:

Yeah. There are people who have been coaching since they were 8, 13, and 15. Has stuff like this been fixed for OOTP 16?

Are you fully patched with v15, because I recall that being fixed in that version.

And we still don't know if they can coach or not.

I love the fact that he's been coaching for 45 years since he was 8 and he is still inexperienced across the board.

Good to hear that it's fixed in OOTP16. The issue stemmed from coaches gaining a year of experience at the start of the preseason and the start of the offseason. In my fictional league there are a couple of coaches who were apparently coaching a few years before they were conceived.

HE IS A TRAINER guys of course he would have no coaching talent
