Can I move from OOTP '14 on PC directly to '16 on Mac?

I have an 80 season franchise going in OOTP '14 for PC...I've moved to a MacBook Pro and I'm considering getting '16 for Mac...any thoughts on moving my franchise over from PC to Mac while also skipping one version?

You can't directly skip a version, so you'll have to update your league from 14->15->16.

On the bright side, you can use the demo version of OOTP15 to take care of the intermediate conversion. Mac/PC shouldn't make a difference as far as I know.
