Starting a new game

With the latest patch out, going to start my OOTP16 save with all leagues loaded - haven't started a new OOTP game in a long time and I've never played a save that had other leagues (always played MLB only saves). So I just have a couple of questions and hope some people who have more expericing with playing with multiple leagues in their save can give some advice.

1. Are leagues good to go just with their default settings when selecting them under 'new standard game'?

2. With all leagues loaded, for MLB should I turn off "Generate International Established Free Agents"? IE will players from other leagues (Japan, Korea, Mexico etc) look to move to MLB on a regular enough basis over the course of a save game to be able to turn that option off?

I assume leaving Amateur Free Agents/Scouting Discoveries on is fine too (given it seems most amateur free agents for MLB are 16-18 years old)
