World Series Winning Walk

I've started watching more of my simmed games with 3D working better on my new laptop and they look great on OOTP 16. This is by far the weirdest thing I've seen. I'm controlling the Brooklyn Dodgers in a fictional game, and finally got them into the playoffs and into the World Series. It went to the 7th game, and I was hosting. How it ended? Well with something I've never seen before, the Beavers loaded the bases and I won on a Walk off Walk. Proof:

OOTP 16 keeps on surprising me

Not in the World Series but I've seen a playoff game decided by a walk-off hit by pitch.

WS 7th game bottom 9th 2 out error followed by a walkoff 2 run HR. After I got over the shock of losing that way it soon became one of the most memorable things in my 10+ years of playing this game. I can smile about it now.

I like imagining how hyped up the crowd must have gotten when the count went to 3-0 with the bases loaded

A walk off walk should never happen in any game, but especially the 7th game of a World Series and I suppose if I were general manager I'd lose it and waive the pitcher immediately. But then again, neither should any game, much less a World Series game, ever end on a lone base runner getting picked off first when two or more runs behind. Glad I've never been a St. Louis Cardinal fan.

Man I remember that and it's still as insane now as it was then...I mean at least give your fielders a chance:

This should never have happened either.
