Nice Elegant Changes from iOOTP14 to MLBM15

There were two changes to iOOTP14 that I was pretty militant about: identifying players being pinchhit/pinchrun for and knowing what the game situation is when being forced to substitute for a pitcher after running to a particular inning.

I was quite surprised about how elegant the solution to each was. For the Pinchhit/Pinchrun, the player's name simply ends up in the title bar. For the game situation, again the title bar is used to give the score.

They could have been done in such a way that would add the feature in a clunky way. But the final decision was intelligent and elegant. Good work, guys!
